Upper Thames Patrol

The Upper Thames Patrol, a little known organisation, (fondly known as Up The Pub) was the home guard navy of WW2. The UTP patrolled from Lechlade to Teddington protecting the river, a natural stop line, in case of invasion during WW2.

We now have an interesting and informative talk/presentation with over 200 images, two short films, amusing anecdotes, and some amazing facts. At its height they were 6,000 strong formed both of men and women.
